How
to shop online
1. Select a category from the Product menu on the left.
Then select the products you want and add them to your
shopping cart. Select as many items as you wish. Note: you must select
a quantity for each product.
2. When you're finished, click on Checkout on the left
and follow the prompts to complete your order.
You can review your selections - and remove any items from your list
- by clicking on View Basket on the left.
Can't
check out?
Occasionally security
functions in Windows, Norton or Zone Alarm seem to block our checkout
system's cookies. If you have a problem checking out, either disable security
programs temporarily or phone us on 02 9519 4940.
Security
for online orders
Our online ordering system is secure. Your credit card details are scrambled
using industry-standard 24-bit encryption and sent to a secure area of
our server. Once your order is processed, we remove your credit card details
from our system.
Phone/cheque
payment
If you don't want to supply credit card details online, you can still
submit an online order, choosing the "Pay by cheque or phone"
option during checkout, then phone us with your credit card details or
post us a cheque. Pay cheques to "Energy and Water Solutions"
(NOT EcoShop), and write your EcoShop order number on the back of the
envelope.
Collection
and payment in person
Visit us at the Natural Paint Place, 583a King Street, Newtown, Sydney,
NSW 2042. Opening hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday; 10am-4pm Saturday.
Please mention this website when visiting the shop.
GST
Our prices already include 10% GST.
Overseas
orders
Contact us before ordering from overseas so we can calculate postage and
remove GST. No free shipping on any overseas orders.
Delivery
times
Allow 7 days for delivery, although we aim to deliver in 3 working days.
For cheque orders, allow another 7 days for the cheque to clear. Delivery
is by Australia Post - contact us if you require a different delivery
method.
Returns
and warranties
If for any reason you are not happy with one of our products, simply send
it back in its original packaging within 14 days and we will exchange
it or give you a full refund. We will also honour all manufacturers' warranties.
Packaging
Where possible we re-use packaging from suppliers. It might look less
fancy but re-use is environmentally-friendly and also helps us keep costs
down. We use recycled bubble-wrap or paper or eco-friendly, biodegradeable
Green-Pak as loosefill to protect items during shipping.
